Our Mission Statement
Tugby has a holistic approach to each child’s education, ensuring that their wellbeing is at the heart of the school’s ethos. Children are nurtured and cared for in a safe environment to ensure their individual needs are met. We aim to develop independent, resilient and kind children who enjoy learning, enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential. Whilst our curriculum has been planned with designed with this in mind, we recognise that there may be times when our children and/or their families require some additional support.
We want to make sure that you are clear about what we offer at Tugby, both at a universal level (support which is available for all children within school), and more specialist support we can access should we need to.
If you are concerned at any point about your child’s wellbeing and feel that they may benefit from some additional support, or you have any further questions, you are always welcome to speak to your child’s class teacher. Alternatively, you can speak to a member of SLT or Ms Ambler our Emotional Literacy Support Assstant (ELSA)
