• The school day starts at 08:50 when children come into the school and line up in classes on the school playground. Children who have attended Before school Club, also line-up at this time.
• Between 8.50-9.00am children take part in a daily wake and shake session. 
• The main gate is locked at 09.05 and children who arrive after this time will need to go to the school office and register as late.
• Break-time is from 10:30 to 10:45
• Lunchtime for the infants is from 12:00 to 13:15 and for the juniors, from 12:15 to 13:15. 
• School ends at 15:30. Children are collected by parents from the main playground.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Under changes to the Education Regulations, parents are not allowed to take pupils away on holiday during term time. Head teachers may not grant leave of absence during term time unless there are exceptional circumstances. If leave of absence is not granted, and parents decide to go ahead with the absence, then this will be recorded as unauthorised.

Unauthorised absences are reported to the local authority and parents may receive a fine as a result.
