We aim to put the commandment 'Love your neighbour as yourself' into practice daily through service to all members of society. Love is sacrificial, putting others first and ourselves last.
After the disastrous earthquake in Nepal, one Year 5 pupil, who was about to have her birthday, asked her relatives to send money to the Nepal Disaster Fund instead of giving her presents. Her actions were an inspiration to everyone, and as a consequence, the whole school raised over £2500 for the Fund through a sponsored Run for Nepal. The children have shown love in a practical way - a modern example of the Parable of the Good Samaritan.
