We are privileged to be part of a rural community which values strong partnerships and the opportunity to share in the life of the school. Throughout the year, friends and neighbours support school events, church events, village events and special occasions that make the school children feel part of a larger family. Local people have supported the school in numerous ways including providing new Football tops, putting on a Jubilee Party, marquees for the PFA Spring fair, groundwork for the Spinney paths, bringing in Spring lambs, flowers for the borders, painting and decorating, providing a special visit from Santa, and a significant donation to allow an annual Prizegiving event to take place for the benefit of the whole community, as well as re-development of the EYFS early learning excellence classroom.
