The role of the Governing Body: Leadership and Management

The Governing body has a wide range of strategic responsibilities covering all aspects of school life. There are twelve governors at Tugby School, each of whom work tirelessly for the school to ensure that all pupils are given an excellent education and are equipped with the skills to succeed in an increasingly complex world. Governors work closely with the head teacher who is responsible for the operational management of the school on a daily basis.
